![]() ![]() We finally had a chance to dine here recently and we were pretty impressed. Terrible service and an expensive meal for the dogs. The waiter just boxed everything up and handed us our $220 check. My husband retried the Lobster and now it was way over cooked and he told the waiter it tasted like dirt. ![]() I then asked for the food to be boxed up to go. By this point my husband was angry and ready to go. He told me the steak was not raw and I said it certainly was not medium well! After staring at it for a minute he asked what I wanted him to do about it. The waiter did not come by for a long time and when he finally did I told him nothing was cooked properly. When the food finally arrived the steak was raw and the lobster was not cooked enough. We also ordered a 12oz lobster that we had been looking forward to. Our meal was taking a while and the waiter came by said it was taking longer because we ordered our steak Medium well. (If you drink sweet tea you know how that turns out.) after watching the other tables around us (who were seated after us)receive bread and salad we finally recieved ours. The waiter said yes but it turned out to be unsweet that he added sugar to. They bring you warm tap water in a glass bottle to start with and we asked if the had sweet tea. We were seated after a few mins and it took the waiter some time to greet us at our table. The host was too stressed and had a hard time finding our reservation. My husband has been looking for a place with a giant lobster tail and pictures showed that Beau and MO’s had one. My husband and I ate here the other night. Overall spending over 250 for dinner and was disappointed with our first time here and sad my jacket is ruined. It’s ruined and I didn’t see it till I left the restaurant, my jacket was $300 bucks!. While eating a waiter dropped a full plate of food and it splashed all over the side of my brand new jacket. I know they say they char the steaks, but this was beyond that the whole steak was cooked through and it all tasted just burnt. My friends got the 2 person steaks and they came out black. All they did was put it in a microwave and heat it up which cause it to dry up and the noodles stuck together again we didn’t bother sending back because we waited an hr to get it. My boyfriend got the carbonara which came out ice cold so he sent it back. I think the waiter knew because he said it wasn’t a favorite of his either. I ordered the chicken piccata which was not good but since it took such a long time to get, I did not bother returning. ![]() The bread was good as others stated, we ordered the meatball appetizer which is normally a favorite anywhere we go, but these meatballs were horrible they were all breading and the bread they came with was hard as a rock to the point that we didn’t eat it. The parking was so limited we had to park two blocks away and walk. Tried this place for the first time last night. Highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Due to lack of service as well as rudeness, we will never return. Restaurant has an awful smell before any food starts cooking and the parking situation is a complete joke. ![]() We asked if we could have a booth or at minimum a larger table because the food we order never fits on a 2ft by 2ft table, and was told there was nothing available, even though there were currently only two other tables seated. The first 2 couples were seated at booths and we were taken to a tiny 2 top table. When we arrived we were the 3rd couple in line when they opened the doors at 5. We book a week in advance and requested a booth. The man at the host desk is stuffy and rude. But, the service was lacking, we felt forgotten and didn’t even get drink refills with dinner and our server didn’t come to check on us until we were done eating to see if we wanted dessert.We decided to give it another chance because of the great reviews, second time around was awful. Our first visit was decent, the food was good, love the char on the steak. ![]()
